Now, we’re looking for a friendly and personable Customer Representative to join our team in Leeds.

The Role: 

As a Customer Representative, you will promote the benefits of our retirement income services to our over 50s customer base and ensure that a first-class service is delivered. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Contact prospective customers and discuss the services we offer (absolutely no cold calling) 
- Assess customers’ needs 
- Build rapport with customers 

About You: 

To join us as a Customer Representative, you will need: 

- Previous experience of dealing with customers over the phone 
- Experience of working to targets 
- Great communication skills 
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude 
- A proactive approach 

Experience within a financial services company would be beneficial but not essential. 

We’re looking to hear from individuals with experience as a Customer Service Representative, Outbound Sales Executive, Customer Service Executive, Telesales Executive, Call Centre Rep, Sales Executive or Account Manager. 

Candidates with experience in sales, telesales, customer service, mortgages, equity release or a call centre environment are also encouraged to apply. 

This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu. You will work 9:00 – 17:30 for 3 days per week and 11:30 – 20:00 for two days per week. Saturday hours are 9:00 – 17:00.
