We are looking for Pension Claims Administrators for our rapidly expanding company.

We are an investment claims specialist who is regulated by the Claims Management Regulator in respect of regulated claims management activities. Our key members have over 30 years' experience in financial services. We are extremely passionate about claiming for our clients that have been given unsuitable advice that could seriously affect their retirement.

We are currently looking to expand our successful business to deal with the demand of our clients, to ensure we provide a first class professional service and assist them in claiming back the funds they deserve.

THE ROLE- Pension Claims Administration - Investment Complaints

Start: Immediate
Status: Full time
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9.00-5.30pm
Location: Leicester
Salary: GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 (depending on experience)

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Handling and dealing with Customer claims
• Ensure each claim is assessed within the guide lines of the Ministry of Justice 100% accuracy
• General administration duties

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Claims administration experience preferred
• Strong administration skills
• Ability to work deadlines
• Good attention to detail
• A good understanding of how pensions work (preferred not essential)
• The ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and competence
