THE ROLE
I am now seeking a CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR to work as a Project Surveyor in South East London to join a firm of construction cost consultants to work on large Corporate Real Estate projects.
A background working for another UK firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants is essential.
You will be involved in pre and post contract work on both public sector and private sector high value projects.
MRICS qualified is essential.
THE CLIENT
My client is a successful firm of construction consultants mainly providing quantity surveying, employers agent and project management services to a good range of clients for commercial, residential and sports and leisure projects.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR who has a Degree, Masters or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and you will need to be RICS qualified.
Ideally your Degree will be at 2:1 level or above.
You will work as a Project Surveyor and be able to run your own projects.
You will need to have good pre and post contract experience.
Ideally you will have worked on a range of commercial type projects previously as my client is working on high rise and other commercial buildings for new build and some historic buildings for fit out, refurbishment, shell and core etc.
You will have worked for a known UK firm of private practice quantity surveyors.
You should be able to work using your own initiative.
My client pays excellent salaries plus provide a good pension contribution and a bonus / profit share.
