Are you an experienced Account Manager with exceptional communication and organisational skills? If so, Berry Recruitment are seeking a full time, permanent office based Account Manager with some Sales responsibility for a unique organisation based in Honiton. Our client offers a niche broker service to manufacturing organisations internationally. They offer a working culture where you are fully supported to achieve your full potential. This is a permanent role based in Honiton

THE ROLE:
Working alongside a Senior Sales Executive where full training is offered: Your role will be varied encompassing Account Management tasks, where you will manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring you are maximising all opportunities. You will also be responsible for generating some new opportunities working from pre-qualified leads from the marketing team. You will also have a high degree of communication with freight organisations to manage export and distribution.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
*Account Management of existing client to identify new opportunities
*Sales Activity from prequalified leads
*Various Administration and Export coordination
*Customer service

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
*You will possess confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*High attention to detail
*Self-motivated / self-starter
*A genuine rapport builder
*Some previous sales or account management experience within a B2B environment
*Able to grasp processes and procedures effectively, full training will be given
*Fluent in a second language would be advantageous

SALARY/BENEFITS
*Starting salary of GBP17,000 per annum ( OTE of GBP23,000)
*Competitive commission structure plus a monthly Team Bonus
*Monthly, quarterly and annual bonus opportunities

*Great working hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm (3.30pm Finish on Friday's)
