Isleworth (TW7)
£10 – £12 per hour DOE + Productivity Bonus + Car Scheme & Company Benefits
++ We require an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our busy body shop and accident repair centre based in Isleworth+
Hours of Work: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch each day.

The Bodyshop Paint Sprayer Role:
The purpose of the role is to prepare and paint motor vehicles in a safe, efficient and economical manner, employing such skills and knowledge as may be required. To ensure the strict adherence to dealer standards, CRS, Company policy and procedures and the code of Practice for the Motor Industry.
Key Tasks:
+ To ensure that all work carried out in the workshop is of the highest standard
+ To ensure that all repairs are correct first time to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
+ Prepare and paint relevant areas of the vehicle ensuring a good colour match as per estimate.
+ To ensure that maximum profit is achieved from all repair jobs in accordance with Company policy.
+ To report any defective items that were not covered by the original estimate to the Body shop Supervisor / Manager.
+ To ensure that all materials used and time employed on each vehicle is recorded on the job card and is in line with manufacturers / company policy.
+ To ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to in order to ensure objectives are met and CRS targets are achieved.
Person Specification:
You must be a qualified Paint Sprayer and have previous experience of working in a busy PAS 125 accredited registered body shop, as a Paint Sprayer and be a strong team player. You will work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound, up-to-date knowledge of spray painting technology, paint composition and mixing.
