Sales and Lettings Negotiator- OTE- £35,000- Central London

The role will require (but is not limited to):
- Arranging and conducting viewings; negotiating and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
- Picking up new business within the core market.
- Carrying out high levels of client service to existing and new clients.
- Assisting Director and Management level with Ad Hoc duties.
About you:
- Have great communication skills.
- An enthusiastic team player.
- Is driven to be competitive and consistent in meeting targets.
-Is able to demonstrate empathy and build rapport with clients.
The Essentials:
- Having a driving license is essential.
- Experience and proven track record within an estate agents.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and other databases.
Full training will be given in respect to internal systems.
