Kitchen Assistant
Paddock Wood
Salary: up to £18,000
Monday to Friday 40hrs per week - 6 - 3 with 1 hour lunch
My client is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to be responsible for assisting the Supervisor in delivering a high quality service in preparing meals and snacks along with general kitchen cleaning duties, cleaning tables, carrying out daily temperature monitoring checks and recording.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with a smart appearance as this is a customer facing role.
To be successful in this role you will need :
A valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
Previous working experience in a kitchen/canteen environment is essential.
Flexibility to cover additional hours and evening shift when required.
