Experienced Admin / Accounts Assistant based in Halesowen offering up to £20,000 per annum based on experience/knowledge

Arc Interior Solutions Limited is a family run business that specialises in all types of healthcare construction projects.  We have worked with our existing clients for a number of years from minor repairs to full refurbishments, with numerous decontamination rooms and surgeries to small external or internal projects.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding company:

Duties:

  • First point of contact within the office;
  • General office duties;
  • Raising sales invoices;
  • Dealing with key persons effectively and efficiently;
  • Working closely with the Directors of the business;

Skills & knowledge required:-

  • Demonstrable experience of working in admin/accounts;
  • Significant experience of working with Microsoft office - in particular Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise;
  • Strong inter-personal skills;
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner;

Hours of work and terms:-

  • Hours will be 37 per week;
  • Annual leave is 20 days per annum plus statutory holidays;
  • Starting salary will be based on experience and knowledge
