You will need to have good organisation and time management skills in order to manage rota's, liaise with different departments of the business including clinical, HR and support workers. You must have strong communication skills, be innovative in your way of thinking an be able to work off your own initiative. You must also be flexible to work on-call if you are required.
You must also have strong leadership skills as you will be responsible for the running of the home.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a supervisory role within a residential setting, an NVQ level 3 in Children and Young People and willing to work towards their NVQ level 5 in Management of Children and Young People and experience with CQC compliance.
