Your new company
You will be working for one of the largest and most well-known government organisation in London, to cover a secondment for 6 months, with interviews taking place week commencing 5th March 2018.
Your new role
You will support, coach and advise line managers on how to best resolve ER and people issues. You will resolve complex ER cases such as disciplinary and grievance, evaluate case management data and update the case management system and liaise with Trade Unions and ACAS. What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will ideally have extensive ER case management experience, and have had exposure to diverse and complex case management in the public sector. You must also be able to start immediately, with 1 week notice as a maximum.
