As our Customer Service Advisor - Service Desk you will be required to answer servicing queries from Vitality members alongside helping them understand how they can improve their health. Having a keen eye for recent technology to give our customers support and advice with technical queries in order to help them receive rewards and keep them motivated. You will support and share your expert knowledge with other team members to ensure effective solutions are found and that targets for productivity and quality are met.

Skills and Experience require of our Customer Service Advisor - Service Desk:
