A proactive Mortgage Adviser with the ability to prioritise and organise their time productively will be well suited to the demands of the role.

Qualification:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• A successful sales record/history
• An understanding of the Mortgage Market
• Excellent communication skills particularly on the telephone
• Experience of Financial Services sales and understanding of compliance regulations

Estate Agent Mortgage Adviser / Estate Agent Mortgage Advisor

The basic salary is negotiable between GBP18,000 - GBP25,000, possibly more, if you have Mortgage Broking experience and can evidence a solid performance of banking high levels of Mortgage income. A car or car allowance is included, as well as an initial guarantee of monthly commission for the first 4 - 6 months, whilst you build your pipeline.

This will be determined on an individual basis, subject to level of experience and current/recent performance levels. On Target Earnings range is usually GBP60,000 - GBP70,000+ and is uncapped. Even more can be achieved if you are a top performer. THE MORE YOU PUT IN, THE MORE YOU WILL GET OUT!
