This global Manufacturing and Production business are experiencing massive growth and are seeking to invest in a Learning and Development Consultant.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a range of the businesses' tools and programmes. This role will allow you to directly influence the company's L&D strategy and have a real impact on the development of employees at all levels, from key business leaders to executive board level.
You will also have responsibility over developing customer service, soft skills and recruitment.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be a confident L&D professional.
Experience designing and delivering manufacturing and production training is preferred.
