We are working with a client who is seeking to recruit an Insurance Sales Advisor to manage and develop their Property Account. Their award winning landlord insurance has been providing comprehensive cover for landlords since 1996. As an Insurance Sales Advisor you will play a key role in acquiring new business to continue growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

To maintain and enhance existing / new client relationships ensuring that the premium income contributes to the achievement of your own and the departmental financial targets, tasks include but are not limited to:

o Providing Quotations & Securing New Business
o Securing Policy Renewals
o Processing Mid Term adjustments
o Cross Sell other HFIS Insurance products
o Processing & Maintaining Client/Departmental Emails (Mailboxes)
o Maintaining Diary systems

Skills and knowledge required:

Previous insurance experience is required.
A proven sales focused approach to client relationships whilst ensuring that excellent customer service and advice is provided at all times
Progress toward Cert CII would be an advantage
An excellent level of written and spoken English and Mathematical skills with a minimum of A - C GCSE pass (or equivalent)
Excellent inter-personal and telephone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely with others
To have good organisational skills and be able to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast moving environment
Sound IT skills particularly with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems and procedures
The ability to meet deadlines, keep promises and prioritise own workload
The ability to work within a team environment and to assist Team members where required

This role is telephone / office based.

Hours of work will be 37.5 per week 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
