We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Nursing Team as a Health Care Assistant .

Our current Nursing team consists of 6 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses and 3 HCA’s, which we are keen to maintain. We can provide training and clinical supervision for the right candidate

You will

·         Ideally have Level 1 or 2  HCA qualification or have experience in a Primary Care environment, although we are willing to train the right candidate

·         Have the ability to meet deadlines and act on own initiative

·         Have good IT skills, Word and Excel, System is Emis Web

·         Have Excellent communication and organizational skills

·         Have People skills and ability to work within a team 

If you have the right qualities, support for training to NVQ level 3 can be given. This will be a challenging role, which will change and develop with the Practice and NHS priorities.
