Situated in N1C, this company offers a daily hotel-like cleaning service to busy professionals and families, ensuring that their properties are presented at the highest standard possible. The Mission:

This company cleans with passion and an eye for detail. You will be expected to work quickly and methodically to ensure the properties are ready within a strict time period, prepared to their standards.

You should be conversant and able to read English, passionate about housekeeping and ideally have experience working in a fast paced 4 or 5 star hotel or private household. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services are also essential. This includes assessment of customer needs, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Details:

As Housekeeping Supervisor for this company you will be following a step by step approach to make sure every household is cleaned to our standards, your duties will include (but will not be limited to):

- Making beds
- Vacuuming Floors
- Mopping Floors
- Dusting and Polishing Furniture
- Cleaning Bathrooms
- Cleaning Kitchens

The role will also see you take responsibility for:
- Training and motivating other housekeepers
- Checking the quality of work
- Testing different cleaning products
- Focusing on improving and increasing service delivery efficiency.

Working Hours and Patterns:

To be confirmed - likely to be regular working hours, with some flexibility required.

You will need to work in and around the King's Cross area, and other central London hubs.
