They now have an exciting opportunity for a Fund Administrator / Corporate Officer to join them where you will work closely with the Assistant Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day legal and Co. Sec administration matters of a variety of Private Equity clients. This is a permanent, full time position based at their offices in Luxembourg.
Within the role you will convene, attend and prepare minutes for board meetings whilst liaising with client contacts, lawyers, auditors and investors. Coordinating all company secretary matters for client corporate entities, you will maintain fund registers and files, process distributions and capital calls and prepare legal documents in relation to investor statements and related client reports.
They are looking for someone who has previous experience in a Fund Administration / Company Secretary role. Client focused and with a commitment to providing service excellence to internal and external clients, you will have a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
A background in Private Equity would be preferred, coupled with a good understanding of due diligence processes. Above all you will have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
