Role: Claims Handler
Salary: £15,500 - £16,000
Location: Eastbourne
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday and alternate shifts on Saturdays 9 - 1
Start date: 19th March 2018

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a an expanding company within their lovely open plan offices. They are looking for a new Claims Handler to effectively diagnose the customers needs and offer an in-depth enquiry handling and referral service to their clients.
Full training will be provided and your main duties will include making contact with policy holders, using the claims management system, recording accurate claims details, requesting documentation, provide clients and policy holders with regular updates, answering inbound calls, provide a high level of personal product knowledge and always providing a professional, friendly and helpful service to all customers.
