Multiskilled - Groundworkers and Roofers

A Facility Management and Maintenance Company based in Manchester are looking to employ new Multi skilled Ground workers and Roofing engineers to join its growing business. Experience in the maintenance industry is essential.

Ground workers are to be experienced in the following:
General building works - Bricklaying - Concreting - Tarmacking - Paving - Drainage etc

Roofers are to be experienced in the following:
Single Ply - Felt - Tiled - Cladding - Downpipes - soffits

The candidates must have a current CSCS card and have some industry standard qualifications ( eg. IPAF, PASMA, FIRST AID, WORKING AT HEIGHTS) although training is provided.

Hourly rate is negotiable, van, fuel card, uniform, are all included.

The candidate must be smart in appearance, work well on their own and be able to solve issues on site and make certain judgement calls independently.*** Immediate start***
