A Children's Charity based in East London are looking for Supporter Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the Processing arm but may be required to cover the other areas and therefore working knowledge of all is required.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with all areas in the organisation to ensure internal support is being delivered to an excellent standard.she positionocesses.ing and maintaining peformance e SUpporter .ail and the wider organisation. projects to absrob e function,
Instil a culture of continuous improvement through data capture and analysis.
Ensure effective support to business areas, liaising with senior managers across these teams to define clear objectives and KPIs.
Train and develop staff, motivating the team to create an enthusiastic and proactive team culture.

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:
Continuous improvement and/or Lean process improvement approaches
Sound understanding of the operational management processes within an income generating environment preferably within a charity or NGO
Excellent understanding of the fundraising regulatory environment including, specifically, data protection and consent.
Proven experience working within a complex organisation or function, and liaising with stakeholders at differing and senior levels.
Experience working in a busy environment, prioritising activities appropriately and managing multiple conflicting priorities.
Demonstrable experience in leading cross-functional projects, often with no direct line management responsibility for resource.
Designing and implementing performance management frameworks, including definition of KPIs along with tracking, measurement and analysis.
Report writing experience proven ability to create information in a variety of formats for differing and often senior audiences.
