Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor / PQS

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a SENIOR CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join a firm of construction consultants / PQS in their Leicestershire office.

Projects are generally of high value and include offices, large residential and industrial buildings.

A background working for another UK firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants is essential.

You will be involved in pre and post contract work.

MRICS qualified is essential.

THE CLIENT

My client is a successful firm of construction consultants mainly providing quantity surveying, employers agent and project management services to a good range of clients for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a SENIOR CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR who has a Degree, Masters or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and you will need to be RICS qualified.

You will work as a Senior Project Surveyor and be able to run your own projects and have good client facing skills as you will be seconded in to client offices.

You will need to have good pre and post contract experience.

Ideally you will have worked on projects in the private sector and any previous experience of offices, residential or industrial warehouses will be a preferred.

You will have worked for a known UK firm of private practice quantity surveyors.

You should be able to work using your own initiative.
