A market leading and prestigious vehicle manufacturer is seeking a highly motivated Master Technician for their London dealership to be equipped for the launch of their new all Electric Vehicle .

This vacancy will suit an individual with experience as a Master Technician with skills related to Diesel and Electric Vehicles .

Salary circa GBP35-38k plus attractive benefits package.

The Candidate

We require a highly motivated Master Technician with an in-depth knowledge of Diesel and Electric powered vehicles.

* Qualified Vehicle Technician with recognised apprenticeship or dealer approved training scheme.
* Have a Motor Engineering Apprenticeship, City and Guilds qualified or similar qualification.
* Have HNC or HND in Engineering or equivalent.
* Studied a Master Technician programme.
* Highly experienced in fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance and vehicle repair.
* Methodical approach to problem solving.
* Be organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Diligent to working practice and record keeping.
* Have undertaken Vehicle Manufacturers training courses and have excellent knowledge of work methods and technical data.
* Good level of numeracy, literacy and verbal communication.
* Be trained on best practice and manual handling.
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Full UK Driving License.

* Service and repair vehicles to the expected company standard in a safe, environmentally friendly and cost effective way.
* Create excellent customer satisfaction by quality of work and respect for their vehicle and property.
* Develop your skills to diagnose faults, evaluate / repair vehicles and maintain a bank of knowledge for future work.
* Use your skills and knowledge to interact and assist with colleagues.
* Be highly professional in all customer contact to promote the dealership.
* Diagnose and analyse vehicle faults and record for future reference.
* Advise customers on way to cut down on running costs by preventative maintenance.
* Treat people how you wish to be treated.
* Take responsibility for accurate and effective reporting.
