A well-known, national retail brand is looking for a HR Assistant to be based in their Uxbridge site. You will be the sole HR person for the centre, but have support from a wider HR team, therefore must be confident dealing with high volumes of ER and recruitment queries.
-Experience working in a HR capacity is essential to be considered for this position
-CIPD Level 3 qualified, as a minimum, or equivalent
-Experience working in a retail/hospitality HR environment, therefore used to dealing with high levels of ER
-Recruitment; Raise recruitment authorisation forms, post vacancy adverts, screen candidates, set up interviews, onboard successful candidates and give feedback to unsuccessful applicants
-Ensure compliance of all new starters, including right to work, contracts and references
-Employee Relations; Issue all investigation and disciplinary letters, note taking in meetings, advising on policy, and escalating more complex cases to the HRBP
-Carry out exit interviews, and off-board any leavers
