We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work as a meter reader in the Guildford area. This is an ongoing temporary role that is likely to last for at least a year.
This role requires you to take meter readings from people's gas and/or electric meters in their homes and occasionally for commercial businesses. If you are interested in a role with a difference that offers flexibility, customer interaction and you like the outdoors; our Metering Representative role is for you.
We are looking for someone with fantastic customer service, someone who is able to work to time scales and computer literate. You will also need to have good numeracy and literacy skills.
The hours of work are 37 hours a week with flexible hours.
The hourly rate for this role is £8 p/h. This role comes with a competitive salary, an excellent bonus scheme and expenses including 35p per mile claim for business miles.
You must have a full clean driving license, a company vehicle will be provided.
