Our Digital Communications client based in East London is looking for an exceptional German speaking Sales Operations Executive to join their team working with with passionate, talented and collaborative people in their amazing Digital Communications offices based in the heart of Shoreditch
The role is extremely varied and you will have the opportunity to use your German and English language skills on a daily basis
Duties include:
*Managing sales compliance checks for orders in a timely manner
*Supporting sales people with commercial best practice, CRM queries and various requests in German and English
*Ensuring that sales processes are followed to meet business KPIs in German and English.
*Working with various systems to track data, dashboards, manage Excel analysis and provide insight into sales, products, clients
*Liaising with internal stakeholders, like finance, on behalf of sales people to improve order to cash processes
*Identifying bottlenecks in the order booking process and recommending continuous improvements
*Supporting Sales Operations Manager with adhoc requests for crossfunctional projects
