* Working in the key national distributions centre
* Multi site - regional to the North East - some travel required
* Working with a stable existing management structure
* Business changes are occurring that will drive HR activities here
* Reporting into the HRBP for the region
Profile
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience of working at HRM level across single or multi sites
- Experience within the Logistics/distribution sector
- Ability to pick up generalist role
- Robust in your style and approach but able to come to the table with ideas and new initiatives to improve business functions.
