This post will require an experienced individual with human resources management skill to support company HR function on a daily basis. The right candidate should be able to dealing with any aspect related to company HR strategy, employment relations, company operational function and post determination, recruitment process, sponsor duty compliance, staff training, staff performance appraisal, salary and employment agreement and employment policy follow up etc. Moreover, it also require excellent communication skills, advanced office software literacy. The right candidate should have at least 5 years HR managerial working experience and also have bilingual skill in English and Mandarin speaking and writing in order to dealing with different language background staff recruitment and administration.
Annual Salary: £38,000 to £42,000
Working Hours: 40 hours / Week
