My client are a specialist engineering firm based in South Leicester, they specialise in special purpose machinery for various industries, including health-care medical and automotive, this well established company has had a dramatic increase in production at the start of 2018 due to successful large tenders, and they are now looking for an experienced mechanical fitters for project work. THE ROLE OF MECHANICAL FITTER
Working on the shop floor
Working alongside electrical fitters
Reading technical diagrams
Building sub-assemblies
Building hydraulics
Using hand tools
Using air tools
Fitting tooling

THE RIGHT MECHANICAL FITTER
Machine tool or robotics background is ideal
Able to read technical drawings
Proven contract record
Available for 12th March 2018
Used to carrying out project works
Special purpose machinery build experience
