Assistant Employer's Agent (Project Manager)
My client seeks an ASSISTANT EMPLOYER'S AGENT to join their SE London office.
You will assist in carrying out the full range of pre contract and post contract services for their Local Authority clients from inception to completion.
Projects are varied in size from small infill developments to sites with many homes plus high rise towers and more.
Projects are both new build and also some refurbishments.
My client is a multi discipline construction consultancy offering a range of services to their client including project management, employer's agent, quantity surveying, Health & Safety etc.
You will need to have a BSc or BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Construction Project Management.
You also need to have at least one years' experience working in another firm of consultants in the construction industry.
You will ideally have started your diary and be working towards taking the RICS APC.
Ideally you may have been involved working on projects for housing associations or local authority housing.
Good computer skills required.
Salary will be in the range of GBP28000 to around GBP38000 per annum plus RICS support, RICS fees, pension, bonus etc.
