37.5 Hours Per Week

Chasing up invoices that have got stuck in the system, telephone & email 

Using Excel for hospital usage data and record keeping

Be able to use dropbox for file sharing

 Booking Travel for the reps and recording on costing sheet

Booking team meeting and other training events and travel to those events

Checking receipts for reps expenses

Entering product deliveries onto Sage

Ordering stationary & Other supplies

Petty Cash & Reconcilliation

Other adhoc admin duties
