Customer Service Supervisor Role

Do you have experience as a team leader or supervisor in a call centre environment? What does the role entail?

You will be acting as a brand ambassador for the company, leading a team of up to 15 contact centre agents, motivating them to deliver an excellent customer journey, ensuring first contact resolution where possible. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and engaging teams in achieving their performance targets, whilst balancing the sales and service focus of each team member.

What skills do you need?

You will have experience of driving performance in a target-orientated environment and challenging team members to deliver against objectives. Your ability to manage change and motivate team members will prove invaluable for achieving excellence in a changing environment. You will have experience of managing people and associated 'people' processes. You will possess excellent coaching skills along with knowledge and experience of coaching models.

Your exceptional communication skills go without saying, as does a good standard of English and Maths, and Strong MS Office skills. Of course you will be proactive, self-directed and delivery focussed. You will have knowledge of working in a contact centre environment including call recording, workforce management systems, and FCA/PRA requirements.

You will be passionate about driving performance in a target-orientated environment and challenging team members to deliver against business objectives.
