An opportunity has arisen for a Housing Officer within the Housing Operations service based at their office in Ashington, Northumberland, which is responsible for the provision of excellent responsive housing management services including income management, allocations and tenancy management.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of all aspects of housing management. The role will involve handling incidents of anti-social behaviour and taking the appropriate legal action. They are therefore looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills and are solution focused. You will have the ability to effectively adapt to change programmes and to deliver excellent services in a highly competitive environment.
A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes are required.
