An exciting opportunity has become available with the team behind Pride of Britain Awards, who are launching a new event with ITV in May. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent Assistant to work with our Senior Celebrity Producer to help ensure that all celebrity guests are invited and looked after both in the lead up to the event and at the event.
Due to the nature of this event, it is imperative that the successful candidate has experience working within a similar role previously.
We are looking for someone who is available to work between the dates of 5th March - 18th May, and you will need to be available to work 3 days a week, including Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th May.

Main Responsibilities
- Send tailored emails to celebrity agents and PRs, to invite them to the event
- Liaise with agents and PRs to coordinate travel arrangements for all presenters
- Research upcoming films, gigs and events to find celebrities who may be available to attend
- Help draft presenter briefings
- Support Senior Celebrity Producer at the event to ensure all key presenters are greeted and looked after.
- Provide general talent support and adhoc tasks.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who takes big and small tasks in their stride. Good written and verbal skills, excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills are essential to the role. Experience of working on a live high pressure event and that they have some experience of working with celebrities/ VIPS required.
We need someone who is committed to getting the job done to a high standard, effectively managing their time to ensure that the event is one that we can all be proud of.
