Our client a successful well established business in Leicestershire are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to their small friendly team.The role:
In being part of the Finance Team you will be preparing weekly payroll, preparing Purchase ledger Inc assisting with data manipulation for Ecommerce and elements of credit control. The role will encompass purchase ledger payments and Intrastat along with reporting.
- Preparing weekly payroll for 50 persons, RTI and Pension submissions and gross to net workings.
- Coding and posting invoices, arranging authorisation and preparing payment runs.
- Raising and reconciling online payment systems.
- Assisting with Sales Ledger Routines.
- Vat Intrastat-Assistance
This is a Full Time Permanent position and we're looking for someone to start asap.
