Your new role

As our full time accounts and office administrator you will be an integral member of our growing team and work alongside our accounts / office manager. The role will focus on the efficient administration of our expanding software subscription business and your responsibilities will include; running both regular monthly and ad-hoc billing processes, managing BACS / Direct Debit payment collection systems, handling requests from clients for additional subscriptions along with more general accounts and office administration.

What you need to succeed

You will have experience of business administration / accounts and have a keen eye for accuracy. Plus an interest in improving processes to deliver a great customer experience. You will have good written and verbal communication skills that will be put to great use in addressing our clients’ subscription and billing requests. Reliability and good time management will also be amongst your strengths, as some of your responsibilities are time sensitive and you will be required to prioritise accordingly. We run the business using Synergist and full training will be provided, but a good level of familiarity with accounts systems and Microsoft Excel is required.
