Quality Officer

Full-time, £24,557- £28,936 p.a.

We are seeking to appoint a Quality Officer, reporting to our Quality Manager, to support the ongoing development, implementation and review of our quality assurance and enhancement policies and procedures. The post provides an opportunity to lead policy development and to influence the development of systems and procedures and as such provides a great career move for an ambitious administrator.

The role will be suited to an individual with experience of complex administrative work and of working as a committee secretary. The ability to quickly establish yourself in the role and get up to speed with sector requirements and practices will be essential and recent experience of working in a quality assurance and enhancement or related role in Higher Education would be desirable.  

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent professional qualifications, possess excellent interpersonal skills and bring a positive and proactive attitude to their work.  Good IT skills and attention to detail along with the ability to be able to work independently and without supervision is essential. In addition, the capacity to work collaboratively and confidently with colleagues at all levels in a creative and changing environment is vital.
