Our client is a recognised specialist provider of residential services for children, young people and adults, who have a range of identified complex and challenging needs such as: Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Issues and other health needs.

Position: Senior Residential Worker
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract
Salary: GBP10.55 - GBP11.21 per hour dependent upon experience and qualifications

About the role:

As a senior residential worker, you should be highly motivated and have a genuine interest in delivering the highest quality of care for adults in a residential setting.

As a senior you will support the care team and manager in developing the service, contributing to positive outcomes for the adults and the service as a whole.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including clinical staff such as psychiatrist, psychologists and occupational health therapist in order to achieve positive outcomes for the adults.

About you:

You will have significant experience of supporting adults in a similar environment. It is essential for the applicant to hold the relevant Diploma level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.

You may have experience of the following: Senior Support Worker, Care Staff, Young People, Voluntary Sector, Residential Care Worker, Community Development, Challenging Behaviour, Senior Social Care Worker, Community Services, NHS Support Worker, Care Assistant, Senior Support Worker, Senior Healthcare Assistant etc.
