As a result of continuous growth, opportunities have arisen for ambitious Sales and Business development Managers to join their successful business development team. The positions will be responsible for creating net new business and managing existing Clients respectively within a given geographical territory within Scotland. A brief description is provided below:

Area Sales and Business Development Manager

As a Sales or Business Development Manager you will be responsible for creating business development opportunities relating to chemical and liquid waste management and Industrial and Pipeline Cleaning within Scotland. This role includes identifying/creating net new opportunities and converting them into orders through a proactive and strategic sales management approach whilst managing an existing Client Base.

Qualifications/Experience:

To be successful in these roles, you will require to be a very tenacious self starter who can demonstrate a proven track record in direct business to business sales who is hungry to succeed. With this being a specialist field, it is preferable that you have experience within a technical solution selling arena, however, for the right candidate training will be provided. You will be required to be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills whilst also being commercially astute.

As the first point of contact for their Clients, you will have the professionalism and problem solving abilities and 'can-do' attitude needed to deliver the level of service they have come to expect from the company. You'll also have the ability to work within their stringent QSHE standards and be familiar with the Tendering process and writing/submitting tender bids. A strategic approach to the implementation and management of KPI`s is essential and management experience would be advantageous although not essential.
