Continuous Improvement Consultant for offshore wind farm operation and maintenance

Would you like to drive continual improvements within operation and maintenance at our offshore wind farms in the UK?

Join us and become a Continuous Improvement Specialist in Wind Power Operations based at our O&M facilities in Grimsby or Barrow.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for implementing a continuous improvement culture and practice at our O&M sites, supporting local improvement initiatives and delivering cross-site improvement and standardisation projects.

You will provide training, coaching and mentoring in a range of lean and continuous improvement tools and techniques, and you will support the personal development of a network of local improvement champions.
You will also support the development of training material and lean and continuous improvement tools and techniques underpinning our strategy.
You will have extensive experience and a passion for continuous improvement, influencing those around you to follow your example. As well as management or supervisory-level experience in manufacturing, power generation or a similar industry, you will likely have relevant qualifications in Lean Six Sigma and practical experience of structured management systems such as ISO 9001.
