We have an exciting opportunity for a Marking Coordinator to join a successful Marketing team on a permanent basis with one of the most reputable & innovative life offices in the marketplace. The main purpose of this role is to support the marketing team in the creation, development and delivery of regular adviser and customer communications & campaign activity covering our Protection proposition to help win new business.

This is a truly multi- faceted role offering the successful candidate potential career progression, great exposure to different parts of Royal London whilst giving them the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the ongoing success of our multi award winning business.

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring marketing material is delivered on time in line with agreed brief.

* Ensure material is always up to date, compliant and reflects current proposition and sales opportunities.

* Build effective working relationships with sales and other customers ensuring their feedback is taken on board.

* Manage the internal mailbox allocating inbound enquiries from various sources including sales.

* Demonstrating ability to contribute to improving processes and communications for internal and external audiences.

* Working flexibly and effectively making sure that team and business objectives are met.

* Active & effective participation in cross functional projects.

* Supporting colleagues by giving/receiving constructive feedback that is meaningful, accurate, reinforcing and timely.

* Keeping the team and wider division informed of things that affect them.

* Demonstrate the company's core values through all aspects of work.

* Take ownership of own development by having clearly defined objectives and development plans in place.

* Attending and actively contributing to team meetings.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

* Professional marketing qualification to degree level (desirable) or qualified by experience.

* Good planning and project co-ordination skills.

* Established copywriting skills and understanding of how to apply brand and language guidelines.

* An understanding of the life & pensions industry (desirable).

* A good understanding of marketing planning tools and techniques.

* Ability to adhere to our compliance/regulatory framework.

* Works well with others and builds good working relationships.

* Confident, outgoing and people-orientated.

* Ability to work on projects on your own or as part of a team.
