This is an interim opportunity for an experienced generalist with strong systems experience to join a fast-paced SME in Kent.
Client Details
Our client is a growing local business with an outstanding reputation. They are growing their established HR team to manage increased workload as the business goes through a period of change and transformation.
Description
- Supporting the HR team in all generalist operational administration
- Maintaining HR Systems including reporting, auditing and analysing data
- Processing starters and leavers
- Employee relations documentation
- Absence management
Profile
- You must be immediately available
- You must be proactive and have a high attention to detail
- You must have experience using HR Systems (Cascade or similar)
- You will have minimum two years generalist HR experience
- You will currently hold or be willing to undertake CIPD level 3 qualification
- You will have some experience with payrolling
- Experience in fast-paced SME businesses is highly desirable
Job Offer
This is a full-time interim role for 2-3 months with the possibility of being extended to permanent. The successful candidate will receive an immediate start at a GBP20-22k equivalent hourly rate.
