The company:

A highly reputable sport services firm who specialise in providing branding and marketing to top tier sports clubs globally is looking to hire two entry level sports sales executives to join their growing team. Recognised as the number 1 in this space, you will have the opportunity to represent and sell sporting packages and hospitality events for market leading brands across an international scale.

They have 6 territory offices worldwide, and after going through their extensive training programme, the key to our success, you will be able to work in different areas of the business learning different sales techniques and business development methods while also getting paid generously to do it.

Their office is a large, vibrant sales floor with a constant sky sports news stream on the Flat screen TV's and lounge/bar in the office for Friday afternoons!

The role:

You will spend the first 2 years on their London training programme, experiencing the ups and downs of sales role. Although heavily bonus based, their basic salary can go up to GBP27,000k meaning you have a great platform to develop from and live life to the full over whilst doing so. Your bonuses are non-discretionary and will be received upon completion of various modules.

Upon completion, you will be expected to represent the business on the biggest of stages. You will use a number of marketing tools to promote the business and hold conferences for potential clients, showcasing their success. You will meet some of the biggest names in the world of sport, and expand your network within the role.

They largely work on a project basis, so once you've won a client you will work closely with them; liaising with their marketing teams. This is a job you will live and breathe, and you will be expected to do long hours. On the plus side, you get to travel the world and meet your sporting heros; and get paid for it!!

Who we are looking for:

Good academics are an advantage, ideally degree level but Graduate calibre 2nd Jobbers are equally appealing

Highly competitive and able to demonstrate this (eg., played sport to a high level)

Ambition (again demonstrated through achievements such as D of E or a marathon)

Resilient (this job is not easy, so you need to have a tenacious attitude)
