Our client are a successful retailer operating in newly deregulated water and wastewater market in Scotland and England, which has allowed our client to establish itself as the supplier of choice for many business customers across the UK.

They now have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team in Dorking to administer the sales process, prepare customer documentation and process it accurately and efficiently.

Using an online system, you will update and collate customer and order information, and will liaise with team members to provide management information as requested. You will communicate with Sales, Commercial and Customer Service teams to resolve customer queries relating to sales and operational issues as well as engage with 3rd party meter reading companies to organise customer meter readings and work.

Their ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role with working knowledge of sales service and operations within a customer service environment. They’re looking for a proactive individual who can manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and meet set deadlines. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and you will be e-lierate, competent with the PC and associated networks and systems.
