North Lindsey College is looking to recruit a highly motivated, experienced and well qualified Instrumentation trainer/assessor.

The post involves the delivery and assessment of competence in the workplace, and may include one-to-one support, for apprenticeships, national vocational qualifications and other programmes. The learners will be based at employer sites across our region, primarily in North and North East Lincolnshire.

Candidates should have recent and relevant experience of employment within the Instrumentation industry.  Candidates should hold a relevant level 3 qualification and ideally hold or be willing to work towards an assessor qualification. Experience of internal quality assurance and an associated qualification would be an advantage.

This is an interesting role requiring excellent communication skills, flexibility, sound organisation skills, team working and the ability to be self-directing with a high level of accountability. A strong employer – customer – focus is critical with the ability to manage the employer, learner and College relationship effectively.
