Our client is a charitable housing association providing homes, care and support across Yorkshire.

They are currently seeking a Lifecycle and Compliance Manager to be based at Skipton on a permanent contract for 35 hours per week.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all work undertaken is compliant with statutory and mandatory regulations, contractual standards, safe methods of working, best practice, and internal processes and procedures.

The Lifecycle and Compliance Manager will have responsibility for the effective supervision, delivery and operational performance of all compliance related activities within Swarcliffe PFI.

While supporting the PFI Project Manager in providing and maintaining compliant Health and Safety systems for all Swarcliffe activity, further duties in the role will include asset condition monitoring, development of Lifecycle plans, delivery of Lifecycle works, Project Management of variations and the effective delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM). Line Management responsibility for Compliance Team Members
