Fundraising Operations and Administration Manager

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Fundraising Operations and Administration Manager to join our team in Glasgow to lead the team in supporter relationships and donations and in the provision of support to international fundraising teams across Mary's Meals, to ensure we efficiently administer donations and key fundraising campaigns such as Sponsor-A-School. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead the activities and staff within the Fundraising Operations and Administration team. You will have exceptional communication skills, be able to build relationships with key stakeholders, and an ability to influence at all levels across Mary's Meals. In addition, you will need to demonstrate excellent organisational, time-management; have excellent analytical skills and an ability to produce clear, concise reporting; experience of report writing, utilising data systems and managing multiple deadlines skills and experience of managing teams. It is essential that you have project management knowledge and experience of leading a project team and experience of process review, improvement and implementation. We are looking for an energetic team player with a flexible and positive approach who is happy to organise and prioritise their own and the team's workload. You will be competent in using Microsoft Office applications and be advantageous if you have CRM system experience and knowledge of data protection.
