Senior Regional Financial Controller - 337

A leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are seeking to appoint a Senior Regional Financial Controller to join their team. If you can demonstrate experience/knowledge of both Financial Analysis and People Management, then you could be the Financial Controller we're looking for. What will you be doing? As Senior Regional Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for actively overseeing and managing all Financial Controllers within the organisation and dealing with accounting matters when required. You will be responsible for closing the accounts for each region and overseeing many aspects of reporting and analysis, budgeting/reforecasting as well as many other exciting challenges as would be expected from such a varied role. What skills/experience should you have? Extensive knowledge of financial and management reporting is essential Previous experience of group accounting required Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate financial matters to non-technical experts Strong analytical skills with previous experience required in creating and writing commentary for senior management Good MS Excel experience necessary (VLOOKUPS, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) with an excellent standard of formatting Previous management experience managing a team in excess of eight individuals essential Who will you be working for?
