Our Macquarie Capital team is looking for a Business Research Analyst with relevant financial experience to join our team in Edinburgh.
You will have the opportunity to provide typical research, financial analysis and valuation support for our investment banking, capital markets and principal investment teams based in London with a focus on the Technology, Media, Entertainment & Telecommunications (TMET), Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Business Services and Industrials sectors. As a Business Research Analyst in our team, you will work closely with the teams of transaction staff in London. You will assist in researching companies and markets, creating and updating financial benchmarking and valuation analysis, and producing regular market and valuation updates for internal and external audiences.
If you have proven experience in a financial role within an accounting or other financial firm we want to hear from you.
You will also have strong tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or similar field and quantitative skills including experience with financial analysis and company valuation. Chartered accountants will be favourably regarded.
