OUT OF HOURS RESOURCING - RECRUITMENT MANAGER

The Organisation:

Caretech Community Services is a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health illness and neurological conditions. With over 250 services, we support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care.

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic hands-on manager for this exciting role which will appeal to candidates with previous experience of working in a faced paced recruitment agency, managed service or in-house recruitment department.

The purpose of the role is to lead and manage a team of coordinators who are responsible for taking bookings and allocating them to the appropriate agencies on the PSL. This will involve liaising with employment agencies in order to meet planned and emergency shift requirements for Support Workers in our homes 24/7 365 days of the year.

- To research the best suppliers to meet to demands of the business
- To reduce and streamline the number of agency contracts and suppliers across the group and negotiate the best possible terms for temporary supply and temp to perm
- Review and propose the best providers and offer alternative cost effective solutions
- Review and audit recruitment and selection processes and procedures to meet legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and computer skills including accuracy
- Good negotiation skills
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Enthusiasm, drive and a self-motivated
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent organisation skills and able to use own initiative.
- Must be extremely flexible an able to or unsociable hours
