The Senior Paid Media Analyst Opportunity: The Senior Paid Media Analyst role has 4 main areas of responsibility;campaign building, campaign optimisation, reporting and innovation. As a Senior Paid Media Analyst you are going to be a key member ofstaff. You will be responsible for the implementation and delivery ofthe digital media strategy for many of our key clients. You will beresponsible for ensuring that our campaigns meet and exceed expectedoutcomes, therefore maximising our clients satisfaction. You will berequired to attend key client meetings and pitches to provide technicaladvertising expertise. You will line manage a Paid Media Executive, who will support you andthe Paid Media Manager in delivering outcome focused digital campaignsto our clients. Together, you will provide frequent insights, analysisand recommendations which will inform clients strategy and media plans. You will manage our relationships with our key partners (Facebook,Google, etc) ensuring that the team is informed of new developments andis following best-practices. As an in-house paid media expert, you willbe required to stay up-to-date with the industry updates andbest-practices, as well as contribute and work to innovate our products,techniques and tactics. Senior Paid Media Analyst Key Tasks and Responsibilities: People: + Line management of a Paid Media Executive + Mentoring, sharing knowledge and providing support to junior membersof staff Department: + Be the expert on digital platforms + Contribute towards innovation of our products and strategies + Managing our relationships with our partners (Facebook, Google etc).Frequent contact with our partners to ensure the team is informed of newdevelopments, upcoming beta's and new features. Ensuring best practicesare adopted across the team. Client: + Building campaigns to the best standards across all major Social,Search and Display platforms. + Ensuring all agreed metrics are tracked across all major Social,Search and Display platforms. Providing consultation and be the point ofcontact for tracking troubleshooting. + Day to day running, including optimisation and reporting on allcampaigns. This includes reporting on key statistics as well asproviding further insight and analysis to our clients. + Working towards and achieving clients goals and KPI's. + Being the point of contact for technical troubleshooting + Attending key client meetings and pitches to provide technicaladvertising expertise. About You: Education and Training: + Degree educated + Google AdWords qualifications and/or Facebook Blueprint qualification Knowledge and Experience: + 2+ years of experience running advertising campaigns across Social,Search and Display. + Knowledge of Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedInmarketing solutions or other digital advertising platforms + Knowledge of the Marin Software - Desirable + Superb communication skills - able to build relationships bothinternally with colleagues and externally + Strong Excel Skills, ability to carry out big data analysis byutilising advanced formulas and features + Some prior experience in mentoring/developing a team is desirable And whats in it for you?
